We are located inside My Salon Suite at 252 Grove Street, Braintree. When you arrive for your appointment, please enter the building and use the directory to notify your stylist of your arrival. Once we are ready, we will unlock the door for you. There is plenty of parking in the lot.
Our goal is to provide a relaxing, stress-free experience. We never double-book appointments, ensuring that your stylist is with you for the entire session. To keep your appointment running smoothly, please arrive on time so we can make the most of our scheduled time together. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your appointment.
At Gioia Salon all services will include a blow-dry to guarantee your look. For all color and extension services we ask that you come with clean dry hair.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. Less than 24 hours cancellations and no show appointments will be charged 100% of the session.
Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. Our confirmations are sent out 72-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment.
We do not service children under the age of 12. We want your appointment to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Because of this, we ask that you do not have guests or anyone under the age of 12 accompany you the day of your appointment. We understand that this may be inconvenient for some and for that we apologize.
